Our journey started over 10 years ago in the stunning region of Andalucia. After exploring Spain and over 30 countries, we chose Costa del Sol as our home. This unique blend of travel experience and local knowledge inspired Kaida Stay, where we provide top-notch property management and unforgettable holiday experiences.

With 10+ years of international experience in business development and customer success, Greta knows what it takes to create value. Having traveled to 30+ countries and stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and boutique rentals, she understands exactly what makes a guest experience unforgettable.

Lovely apartment with a lot of space, wonderful large terrace with a view on the golf court and the sea, two rest area’s with a swimming pool and sports area.
Supermarket, restaurants and beaches nearby, only 20 minutes drive to Marbella and 30 minutes drive to the airport of Malaga.

I’m based in the US, so having a reliable team to look after my apartment in the Costa del Sol is essential. What I appreciate most about Kaida Stay is the transparency. I receive clear monthly reports about earnings and bookings, and they keep me updated on everything. They take care of it all, from guest communication and cleaning to even handling insurance claims when needed, and they always go the extra mile to keep the property rented. We stayed in one of the apartments managed by Kaida Stay and honestly, it was brilliant. The place was spotless — and I mean really clean, down to every corner. It felt like a true home away from home, fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen tools to thoughtful little touches that made it super cozy and welcoming.
Arrival was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and helpful videos, and communication throughout was amazing. The team was always available, super kind, and made sure we felt supported the entire stay.
We had such a great experience that we’re already planning to book with Kaida Stay again for our next vacation. Highly recommended!

Kaida Stay has been amazing in taking care of my apartment. They handled everything needed to get it ready for rent – setup, cleaning, photos, and listing. Now it’s rented to tourists, and I don’t have to worry about a thing.

Kaida Stay looks after our finca while we’re away, and we’re really happy with how they do it. They make sure it’s safe, check on it after bad weather, and have it ready for us whenever we come back. It gives us peace of mind knowing someone reliable is keeping an eye on everything. We don’t have to worry while we’re gone, which is exactly what we were looking for.
