Our journey started over 10 years ago in the stunning region of Andalucia. After exploring Spain and over 30 countries, we chose Costa del Sol as our home. This unique blend of travel experience and local knowledge inspired Kaida Stay, where we provide top-notch property management and unforgettable holiday experiences.

Greta Norkutė-Simanauskienė | Founder

With 10+ years of international experience in business development and customer success, Greta knows what it takes to create value. Having traveled to 30+ countries and stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and boutique rentals, she understands exactly what makes a guest experience unforgettable.

Her passion for tourism, high standards, and dedication to transparency ensure that every property owner and guest receives the best possible service in Costa del Sol & Inland.

Mantas Simanauskas | Co-Founder

With 10 years of experience in process optimisation, business launches, and customer success, Mantas brings a sharp eye for detail and a drive for excellence to Kaida Stay. Having managed global quality standards and processes, he ensures every property meets the highest expectations.

Our stay in their apartment was truly enjoyable – what I liked most was the clear and smooth communication and quick response to all questions. The arrival and check-in instructions were very clear and professionally prepared, which made the process much easier. The apartment itself is impeccably organized, clean and simply sparkling. We had a great time and will definitely look for a vacation with Kaida Stay again next time. We recommend it! 🌟

We stayed in one of the apartments managed by Kaida Stay and honestly, it was brilliant. The place was spotless — and I mean really clean, down to every corner. It felt like a true home away from home, fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen tools to thoughtful little touches that made it super cozy and welcoming.

Arrival was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and helpful videos, and communication throughout was amazing. The team was always available, super kind, and made sure we felt supported the entire stay.

We had such a great experience that we’re already planning to book with Kaida Stay again for our next vacation. Highly recommended!

Kaida Stay has been amazing in taking care of my apartment. They handled everything needed to get it ready for rent – setup, cleaning, photos, and listing. Now it’s rented to tourists, and I don’t have to worry about a thing.

They’re always quick to reply and super helpful whenever I have a question. I’m really happy with their service and how smooth everything has been. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for someone to manage your property!

Kaida Stay looks after our finca while we’re away, and we’re really happy with how they do it. They make sure it’s safe, check on it after bad weather, and have it ready for us whenever we come back. It gives us peace of mind knowing someone reliable is keeping an eye on everything. We don’t have to worry while we’re gone, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Kaida Stay has been great from the start. They handled everything for our apartment — setting it up, decorating, taking care of maintenance, and dealing with guests. It’s been really smooth. Communication is always quick and easy, and the team is professional but also friendly and easy to work with. We feel like the place is in good hands, which takes a big weight off our shoulders.
