  • Facilitating guest check-in/check-out 
  • Managing rental payments and bookings 
  • Guests: When booking a property through Kaida Stay, you agree to pay the full amount as stated in the booking confirmation. Payment methods are outlined at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by property and are detailed in the booking confirmation. 
  • Owners: Kaida Stay will manage the property on your behalf and facilitate bookings. Commission rates and payment terms will be agreed upon through a separate contract. Owners will receive rental income minus our management fees, as per the contractual agreement.  
  • Guests: Cancellations must be made within the stipulated period as per your booking confirmation to receive a refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee, or refunds may not be provided depending on the specific property’s cancellation policy. 
  • Owners: In the case of cancellations by guests, owners will not be entitled to rental income for that period unless otherwise stated in the management contract.  
  • Acts of vandalism, natural disasters, or other incidents outside of our control 
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the property 
  • Respect the property and adhere to house rules outlined at the time of booking  
  • Report any damages or issues immediately  
  • Check out at the designated time unless otherwise agreed with Kaida Stay   
  • Provide accurate and updated information about their property, including house rules, property features, and amenities   
  • Ensure the property is compliant with all local laws and regulations concerning short-term rentals   
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the property
